Try starting your day with this Have Anything You Want Journaling Playbook! Learn to make up your mind first thing how you want to feel, what you want to do and who you want to be! 

There are 5 simple steps. 

1. Choose your "Magic Orchid". This is one positive thought that always makes you smile. The process of choosing is magical. 

2. Write three "I AM" Statements or affirmations. 

3. Write three "I AM Creating" statements. 

4. Write your thoughts about your big dream, how great it feels... connect with your vision.

5. Each evening, write at least 3 things that you accomplished that day, no matter how big or small. Boost your self-esteem by seeing your wins, instead of focusing on your incomplete To Do list. 

Make up your mind that you are SUPPOSED TO BE FREE and happy and live your life on your terms. Figure out what you really want, get really appreciative of where you are and start doing things your way. This is the secret to true happiness.
