Your body loves you and wants to please you. It's doing the very best it can with the input you give it. Give it wonderful food, water, movement and most of all THOUGHTS, and your body will work even more miracles for you!
You and your body... what are your beliefs about feeling amazing in your body? What limiting beliefs do you have? Are you kind and loving and respectful with your body, or are you a mean ole bully. Love your Body!
You get to choose how you look at "stress". You can let it overwhelm you and make you sick, or you can see it as an opportunity to tune up your attitude, to grow and learn and have the joy of overcoming challenges. As always, you get to choose.
Meditate, journal, walk in nature... the tools to alter how you feel and your perspective are endless. Choose from the ones we list or create your own. CHOOSE your perspective and how you view "stress"
Food is supposed to be yummy and delicious and make you and your body feel great! Sometimes our relationship with food falls outside of this. We eat from boredom, or loneliness. We're addicted to sugar or simply making poor choices because we don't know different. Get friendly with your body and with food!
"If it tastes good, spit it out." I actually heard a client say that's what he believed about food and a healthy weight. Very limiting belief. This world provided a bounty of delicious food that is MEANT for nourishing these amazing bodies.
Know what you want and be in LOVE with the feeling of having it. Live in that feeling and take INSPIRED action in the direction of everything that feels like that. Be in love with feeling great in your body.
