Is Your Dream Worthy Of You?

(I apologize; this should have been posted yesterday, May 16)

“…I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”  John 10:10

This week we are learning the 5 point test to make sure your dream is worthy of trading your life for.  Most people ask the wrong question here and say “am worthy of this dream?”  You ARE!  You are a son or daughter of God and all good things were meant for you.  But your dream should elicit a strong YES answer to these five questions.

The first question is, “does my dream make me feel alive?” When you write and read and imagine being in your dream 3 years from now, it should make you feel overjoyed, eager, enthusiastic and expansive. You should feel a strong feeling of aliveness when you put on the dream. If you don’t, go back to the dreaming board and make it bigger, include more of what you love, add detail. Your dream...

Are You Open To Infinite Possibilities?

Are You Open To Infinite Possibilities?

“If we all did the things we are really capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.”  Thomas Edison

This week we are exploring the 5 point code for designing the vision or dream that you will use to be the compass for your life; the rudder for your ship.

The fifth point of this code is to hold your dream out to the Universe with an open hand by saying “this or something better.”  Our Source, God, the Universe, Infinite Intelligence…. whatever you want to call the Life Force that is beating your heart, can do so much more than we can even imagine.  Discover, design, test and live FROM your dream while leaving room for God to work and astound you with the gifts your life can bring.

So your vision looks like this.  “I am so happy and grateful now that I AM (very specific, present tense, positive, joy filled description of all areas of your life)....

What Are Your I Am Statements?

“The words I am, which you consistently use to define who you are and what you are capable of, are holy expressions for the name of God—the highest aspect of yourself..” – Wayne Dyer

This week we are exploring the 5 point code for designing the vision or dream that you will use to be the compass for your life; the rudder for your ship.

The second point of this code is to write your vision in the present tense, using your sacred name I AM.  Your 3 year vision statement, written in present tense,  should begin “I am so happy and grateful now that I AM….”

Pay attention to your thoughts and words and notice how often you say I AM. Or I Am not. When you make statements like, I am not worthy, I am not attractive, I am not smart or I am fat, I am sad, I am broke.  These statements define your life and deserve your attention.

You ARE a son or daughter of God. You may have a condition, like sadness or...

Are You Grateful Today?

“Many people who order their lives rightly in all other ways are kept in poverty by their lack of gratitude.” – Wallace Wattles

This week we are going to explore the 5 point code for building a vision or dream that you can use to be the compass for your life.

The first is to wrap your vision in a blanket of gratitude.  Your 3 year vision statement, written in present tense,  should begin “I am so happy and grateful now that….”

The vibration of gratitude is the same as the vibration of abundance.  Yes, you are dreaming and moving confidently in the direction of an even richer, more abundant life, but you are also deeply grateful for the life you already have.  You have a brand new day.  A day that has never happened before and will never happen again.

Make it a point to give thanks for all the blessings of today and for the dream you are living FROM.

You are creating your life!   Choose your thoughts,...

Are You Good At Receiving?

“I can live for 2 months on a good compliment.” – Mark Twain

The flow of abundance goes both ways.  There is a Law of Giving and a Law of Receiving and they are equally important.  We have all been taught that it “is better to give than to receive”, but if you think about it, that doesn’t make sense.  If everybody is giving and no one is receiving, who are the givers giving to?!

The flow of abundance requires both.  If you want to know what kind of receiver you are, look at how you accept a compliment.  Do you smile and say thank you, or do you brush it away; reject or negate it?

The next time someone compliments you or offers to give to you, accept with grace and keep the stream of abundance flowing.

You are creating your life!   Choose your thoughts, your words and your actions and create a life you LOVE!

What Are You Intending For Today?

“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” – Proverbs 23:7

First of all, my apologies for missing last week’s podcast. I promise it won’t happen again. The new episode was just posted and I look forward to your feedback.

This month in my Life Mastery Class I am teaching about Intention, so that is what our daily messages are going to be about. As you think, so you are. It is very simple, but not actually easy, to mold your thoughts to create how you want your outside world to look. But it is a really good idea to start, because you attract what you ARE, and you ARE what you think about.

If you want to learn more about what you are thinking in your heart, look around you. If you are surrounded by strife and negativity, have a look in your own heart and mind. Decide today to BE what you want to see more of in your life. Set your intention each day to think and feel and be the way you want your life to be.

Are you taking the time to Intend, or are you just...

Do You Invest In Yourself?

“For the best return on your money, pour your purse into your head.” – Benjamin Franklin

We spend time and money on our bodies, on our pets, on our homes.  We invest in gyms, and grooming and spend time brushing our teeth and showering, most of us every day.  How much time do we invest in our personal growth, in caring for our soul and our spirit?

Set your intention to spend some time every day on your personal growth.

You are creating your life!   Choose your thoughts, your words and your actions and create a life you LOVE!

Have You Written Your Bucket List?

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals” – Zig Ziglar

Did you ever think of a bucket list as a life transformation tool? Well, it is. Your list of goals and dreams that you want to accomplish before you leave this life, will be the parts and pieces and milestones of the dream life you create for yourself.

Write a list, we call it a personal dreams “To Do” list, of 50 things you want to accomplish and experience before you die.  You are at least 45{9c244d8ed86355dd0a86bab4317158b0d119ceb95dfad73ab1415bad7035f9f4} more likely to achieve a goal if it is written down. Be bold and audacious and daring and imaginative when you write your list.

When Lou Holtz, (famous football coach)  wrote his list in his 20’s, he was an unemployed assistant football coach, yet his list had things like, have dinner at the White House, be on the Tonight Show and meet the pope....

Are You Growing?

“The Talmud says that every blade of grass has an angel leaning over it saying, ‘Grow, Grow, Grow….’  That blade of grass will press through cement, seeking the light.” – Mary Morrisey

The fourth core value is, “We Believe In Growth – We grow by achieving our goals and exceeding our best.”

There are many other statements about growth, like, if you aren’t growing you are dying.  Or as Abraham Lincoln said, “And in the end, it is not the years in your life that count.  It is the life in your years.”

Oftentimes we resist growth, as it looks like change and it looks like giving up the familiar.  But the joy of pushing past that fear and making the dream matter more than a momentary discomfort, is immeasurable.  Nothing feels better than facing down your own demons and coming out the victor, firmly on course towards the life of your dreams.

Do you have the intention to...

How Much Fun Are You Having Today?

“It is cheerful to God when you rejoice or laugh from the bottom of your heart.”
–Martin Luther King Jr.

Sorry, I have to use this one too…..
“I’d rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.”
–Billy Joel

The fourth core value is, “We Believe In Fun – We create joy, laughter, and fun in all aspects of our work.”

I couldn’t find the actual study, but it is said that kids laugh more than 300 times a day and adults less than 20 times. I can’t prove those actual numbers, but I think we can all agree that 4 year-olds laugh WAY more than 40 year-olds and it’s a shame. Laughter is good for us; reduces stress hormones and increases good hormones and improves blood flow to the heart.  Among other things.

My mentor, Mary Morrissey says, “Spirit loves fun!  Spirit CREATED fun!”  I love her.  Have some fun today, laugh, be joyful.  Look around for ways to...
